When you contact Pet Business Architects, we collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, and any details you include when you contact us through this website. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiries and, if you move forward with a module, to send invoices and program materials. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use FormSubmit to process contact-form submissions and forward them to our email inbox.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visitor traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about visits, including pages viewed and browser and device information. We use aggregated reports to understand how this website is used. You can turn analytics off for this browser using the controls below. This site also respects supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Terms of Service

Pricing varies by module and is listed on each module's page. After you've reached out and confirmed you'd like to move forward, you'll receive an invoice through Square. Program materials are sent after payment is received. Once you've completed the exercises, reach out to schedule your consultation.

Pet Business Architects modules are intended to help you think through your pet business questions and decisions. They are educational and advisory in nature and do not guarantee any particular business outcome, financial result, or success. All decisions about starting, running, or not pursuing a business remain entirely your own.

Refunds: For any Pet Business Architects module, if you decide after receiving the written materials that the program isn't right for you, you may request a refund of 50% of your payment, provided this is requested before your consultation call. Once your consultation has taken place, all sales are final.

Standalone Consulting: For one-on-one time outside of a module — without having completed the related self-assessment materials — the rate is $200 per hour. For additional time beyond what's included in a module you've purchased, the rate is $100 per hour, reflecting the groundwork you've already completed together.
